In 2025, 30 GTA neighbourhoods had median prices for three-bedroom single-family homes below $1 million, ranging from $645,000 in Central Oshawa to $982,500 in Churchill Meadows. Most affordable areas are in Durham, with prices between $645,000 and $785,000. Other affordable spots include Brampton and Georgina. Four Toronto neighbourhoods also had median prices under $1 million. The GTA-wide median was $973,990.
